We’re a Fresno crew, and most of us have spent years crawling through attics in Clovis, Tower District, and Woodward Park before we ever put on a Linden uniform. Duct work isn’t glamorous. Marcus Veale built this team one hire at a time since 2004, and every person below still works to the Threshold Standard, the same verified-service checklist the Threshold Group family has used for over two decades. Our People

Marcus Veale, Owner

Marcus started cleaning ducts in Fresno in 2004 and never saw a reason to do anything else. He’s the one who answers the phone half the time, usually from the van or the shop, and he’ll tell you straight if a duct system just needs a cleaning or actually needs repair. Marcus wrote the written-price-before-work rule himself after watching too many homeowners get surprised by invoices at the end of a job. His favorite find in a return duct: a 1998 Beanie Baby collection that had been missing for six years. He still talks about it.

Daniel R., Lead Technician

Daniel has fifteen years in HVAC and duct systems, and he’s the guy we send when a job involves a crawlspace with three feet of clearance. He’s certified on Rotobrush negative-pressure extraction equipment and handles most of our more complicated air duct repair work. Daniel grew up in Selma and knows Fresno’s older housing stock well, which helps when a 1970s ranch in Fig Garden has duct runs that were never quite right from day one. He keeps a photo on his phone of every truly strange thing he’s pulled from a vent. His wife wishes he’d delete some of them.

Miguel T., Apprentice Technician

Miguel joined us two years ago after working residential maintenance in Madera, and he’s earning his certifications while shadowing Daniel on furnace-to-register cleaning jobs. He handles a lot of the physical setup at each site, which means he’s the one hauling hose lines across roofs in August. Miguel has an uncanny ability to spot a disconnected duct in the first five minutes of an inspection, a skill he picked up from spending weekends helping his uncle fix rental properties around Highway City. He’s also the only person on the team who has ever found a live lizard inside a wall stack, and he photographed it like a proud parent.
